Simon Matthews, FCCA, Finance Director has been managing Lexstra's finances since 1997. Simon is responsible for ensuring the continuing financial strength of the company in the unforgiving business environment of IT recruitment. Under his direction the provision of top quality management information, the maximising of value from supplier relationships and the careful control of financial resources all ensure that Lexstra's ability to provide exceptional service levels to clients and applicants remains outstanding.
