Martyn Waller, Sales Director. Martyn joined Lexstra in 1997 and quickly established himself as a recruiter of the highest order, combining a talent for developing productive business relationships with clients with an unsurpassed ability to deliver first class recruitment services to those companies.

Over the years Martyn has created and managed client relationships, and overseen the recruitment, training and mentoring of business development and service delivery teams. His customer focus, professionalism, work ethic, commitment to excellence and keen sense of humour has made him the organisation?s most successful salesperson.

Martyn is the Sales Director for Lexstra?s southern region, directing operations at our office located in Horsham, Sussex.
